Refund policy

You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase, anything after this, we cannot offer any product exchange or refund

The product must be unused, with the label still attached and in the original packaging. 

You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your return, followed by whether it has been approved for a refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. This could take up to 5 working days. 

Sale Items are Exchange Only.

SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE

Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will have to pay for the shipping costs involved in returning your item
